Take an aptitude test then go through an interview process if you pass. I could see the test being difficult for a lot of people, I was lucky because I just got done with teaching half a semester of high school algebra and that’s what basically half the test. I would definitely spend a couple of hours on Kahn Academy and freshen up on algebra if you’re really interested.

Interview

The hiring process is unique. You will not get interviewed in-person until the final round of interviewing. The process consisted of an IQ and ethics test, both at home and proctored on-site when I passed the at-home one. My first interview was with a recruiter. While it was an on-site interview, it was a Skype interview with a recruiter at a different location. My final interview consisted of an hour long 1:1 interview with a department head, and then another Skype interview with the VP of my department.
